Nicholas has over 12 years property investment experience, specialising in the development of HMOs and Apart-Hotels. He has seen substantial success in property, being mortgage free by the age of 24 and a multi-millionaire by the age of 37. He has a controlled property portfolio currently valued at over £20m, with over 220 tenants across his HMO properties. He can offer a great deal of advice and guidance for any investor looking to grow a rewarding and secure property portfolio in the South East. As a successful entrepreneur Nicholas’s passion for the property industry is clear, with 4 successful property businesses already built (an Investment Consultancy, a Development Company, the World’s Largest Property Forum and of course Redbrick’s Estate and Lettings Agency). In his spare time Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for travelling.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris bought his first investment property with Nicholas many years ago and since then they have grown a substantial portfolio in the South of England together. Having converted everything from offices, care homes and hotels into residential flats and HMOs he has gained extensive experience in all areas of property and development. There’s not much that Chris and Nicholas don’t know about every aspect of investing and developing from sourcing, obtaining planning permission and refinancing, to building, letting and selling. Redbrick Property Services Ltd is their 3rd property related company together. Previously, Chris ran several successful companies including a TV and Film recording studio in Soho. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, running, motorbiking and keeping marine reef fish tanks.
Luke has worked in the South-East property market since 2011 when he relocated from Central London. Luke has come from working in one of the most successful estate agency groups in the South-East where he has developed skills in Sales, Lettings, Investments, Mortgages. Luke was handpicked to head up new divisions which needed direction and innovation and thus his core skills lie in operational, training and process. During his career he has developed over 50 consultants to take them to the next level in their careers. Now at Redbrick – Luke continues to add his expertise to the business, ensuring the highest service standards are met and that our customers journey is the best it can be.
